Returns & Exchanges

At ASTA RESORT, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces; however, if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
